You can check the status of your order shipment by logging into your Laredo account. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours, but please note we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure your boots arrive as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address on your order once it is placed.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on new, unworn boots within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item and place a new order.
How do I return my order?
Use the return link included in your shipping confirmation email to generate a prepaid UPS return label. Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.
What size should I order?
We recommend ordering the same size you would normally wear in a non-athletic style shoe. At Laredo, we care about how your boots fit, check out our fit guide to learn more about how your boots should fit once you receive them.
How should Laredo boots fit?
Your boots should feel snug across the instep without being tight, with slight heel movement at first. This is normal and will improve as the boots break in.
For best results, try them on indoors with the socks you plan to wear.
How do I care for my boots?

What are your shipping options?
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $99. We also offer 2nd Day Air shipping for a flat rate of $70 for the first pair and $15 for each additional pair. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
