What are your shipping options?

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $99 for eligible U.S. destinations, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also offer 2nd Day Air shipping for a flat rate of $70 for the first pair and $15 for each additional pair.

How much does shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to a flat standard shipping fee of $25 for the first pair and $15 for each additional pair, regardless of order total. This fee applies to every order shipping to these destinations, including orders over $99.

How much does 2nd Day Air shipping cost?

2nd Day Air shipping is available for $70 for the first pair and $15 for each additional pair. These rates apply to eligible shipping destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Available shipping methods, shipping rates, and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary depending on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical shipping address eligible for UPS delivery when placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your online order by logging into your Laredo Boots account. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and holidays. 

Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure your boots arrive as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address on your order once it is placed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item and place a new order.

What size should I order?

We recommend ordering the same size you would normally wear in a non-athletic style shoe. At Laredo Boots we care about how your boots fit, check out our fit guide to learn more about how your boots should fit once you receive them.

How should Laredo Post boots fit?

Your boots should feel snug across the instep without being tight, with slight heel movement at first. This is normal and will improve as the boots break in. For best results, try them on indoors with the socks you plan to wear.

How do I care for my boots?

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer payment plans?

We currently offer Shop Pay installments on our products.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, digital gift cards are available and can be purchased on our website here.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship inside the United States.
