"I tried canceling online as soon as I bough them I then email them.They emailed me a day later and said they send out there orders as as the product is paid for wich is impossible I emailed them and I actually think they only send them out so they can charge some fee they didn’t make a slip for shipping until two days later in the email I explained that the boots where a woman size and boot I made a mistake and bought them I didn’t realize it until it was too late i had already paid and quickly email and no help was there horribleway to do business after they told me they where sending out I then ask for a customer service number if they can email me that they did not" — Robert (1/5)
