"The Packaging was awesome complete with waterproof shrinkwrap in addition to each boot being nicely wrapped. The PROBLEM to my surprise, considering the care taken in wrapping everything, was that one of the boots had a bad scuff on the heel. It was almost like someone tried to “pass this off” to an unsuspecting consumer. I sent an e-mail and a photo but was told to “refer to the Return Policy”. Not even any option was discussed. Very unfortunate for your Company. I would have bought from you again except for the non empathetic attitude."
